A form to transform
An industrial transformation experience, inside an organisation that had to change configuration without ceasing to be itself.
The form can change without losing the centre.
Moka

CEO of Energy Circle sh.p.k. and author of the nine business novels
He was born in 1971 in Gela, the same town where, nearly thirty years earlier, history had come ashore on its beaches. Perhaps that is why he has always thought of change as something that arrives from outside, to be welcomed rather than endured. Raised between Rome and the Balkans, he learned his craft handling machines that cannot be stopped for long, and for fifteen years he has sat at the table with European family businesses at the most fragile moment in their history: the one in which the founder hands over to whoever comes next.
He lives between Tirana and Brussels, with a suitcase lighter than he would like, and a backpack carried over one shoulder only, a gesture his readers will recognize.
From this life lived in two tempos, that of a man who leads a company and guides Europe's entrepreneurial families through the most fragile transition in their history, and that of a writer who, novel after novel, is learning to do the same himself, comes Walkman.World: nine business novels gathered in three trilogies, High Fidelity (The Walkman Method, The Conductor, The Pace), Variable Geometries (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), and The Trajectory (La Niña, The Pinta, La Santa María), plus a book that gathers and orients them all: Growing for Generations, forthcoming in both Italian and English, the handbook in which the Oriented Growth framework and its tools, the Walkman, the Moka, the Sextant, take their working form for Europe's family businesses.
He writes for the same reason he leads Energy Circle: because he believes that stories, like family businesses, work best when someone has the courage to hand over the wheel before someone else has to ask for it. And because there are legacies that are not passed from hand to hand, but from page to page.

From experience to method
After graduating, Antonino Fischetti worked alongside European entrepreneurial families, gradually coming into contact with different companies, industries, markets and territories.
Over time he observed a recurring question: how can a company change, grow and cross generations without losing what makes it itself?
The Walkman Method comes from that experience. Not from a theory applied to companies, but from companies observed from the inside.
The Method was not born in a meeting room.
First came the companies. The people. The difficult decisions. The transformations. The territories. The uncertainty. And above all the listening.
Only later, observing what returned across different experiences, did those questions begin to compose a common grammar.
Listen. Adapt. Orient. Grow.

Moka
A complex energy and infrastructure experience in the Balkans, where a direction had to be chosen before the path was fully visible.
You do not need to see the whole path to choose the next direction.
Sextant
A long-term experience alongside a family manufacturing business, facing the question of transmission.
Continuity does not mean keeping everything. It means knowing what has to be handed on.
